Platter includes fresh brisket rubbed with House Made brisket rub smoked over charcoal 10-15 hours then tossed in House Made brisket sauce and a half rack (6 bones) of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, lathered in House Made Kansas sauce. Dinner is served with French fries, coleslaw, cornbread, baked beans, and a drink.
