
Each person receives half a rack of fall-off-the-bone ribs seasoned with cracked black pepper and kosher salt, smoked over charcoal 5-6 hours, dressed in House Made Kansas sauce. Dinner is served with mashed potatoes & gravy, rice or french fries, hot vegetables or baked beans, broccoli & cauliflower salad or coleslaw, cornmeal rolls or corn muffins
